Beale headed to WTS
I guess this means Wheaton was "already/not yet".... and since he already had been serving as part-time faculty at WTS, what was temporary has been made permanent. :-)

is Beale paedo? I always thought he was a baptist?
He is a minister in the Conservative Congregational Christian Conference. I assume from the name that they are a credobaptist group. We can only hope so, they need a voice of credo-sanity at WTS!
CCCC can go either way, depending on the church.
Beale is paedobaptist.
He was "converted" to Paedo-Baptism reading, of all books, Kline's "By Oath Consigned". Craig Troxel thinks of Beale as Kline's most influential student. I tend to agree.
