Old Testament forms: reflexes of a heavenly reality

"...the Old Testament forms...prefigure what is to follow in the line of historic emergence; they are forecasts in the Pauline sense, but they are only this only because first they are reflexes of a heavenly reality which was destined at the end of the ages to come down to earth and fill the New Covenant.
